FACULTY POSITION Probationary (Tenure-Track) – Assistant Professor School of Occupational Therapy

The Faculty of Health Sciences at Western University invites applications for a full-time probationary (tenure-track) position at the rank of Assistant Professor in the School of Occupational Therapy. The successful candidate will be expected to: establish and conduct an externally funded program of occupation-based research which relates to one or more of the School’s three research pillars in health and wellbeing, social inclusion and/or social justice; teach assigned courses in the School of Occupational Therapy, the Health and Rehabilitation Sciences or Advanced Health Care Practice graduate programs, and/or the School of Health Studies; supervise Master's and PhD students; and fulfill administrative duties within the School, Faculty, and University. The successful candidate will actively contribute to the School’s commitment to sustaining an inclusive and diverse academic and student community, and ideally will have the capacity to provide leadership in enacting our strategic priorities related to the Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Canada: Calls to Action.
